Born from a Vision of Service
On 15 August 2021 — India's Independence Day — Channu Patil Foundation was established in Gajendragad, Karnataka. The choice of date was deliberate: just as our nation gained freedom, we envisioned a society where every individual could experience freedom from poverty, ignorance, and injustice.
What began as a small group of dedicated volunteers has evolved into a thriving organization impacting over 15,000 lives across 45+ villages. Our headquarters near the Government Degree College in Gajendragad serves as the hub for all our community initiatives.
Today, we operate across education, healthcare, environmental conservation, youth empowerment, women empowerment, and social justice — always guided by our belief that sustainable change begins at the grassroots.

Foundation Established
Channu Patil Foundation was founded on 15 August 2021 in Gajendragad with a vision to empower communities from grassroots to nation.
First Community Programs
Launched inaugural education support and health awareness programs, reaching 10 villages in Koppal district.
Volunteer Network Growth
Expanded to 100+ active volunteers and opened the Gajendragad Learning Center serving 200 students.
Multi-District Expansion
Extended programs to 45+ villages with environmental drives, women empowerment workshops, and scholarship programs.
Scaling Impact
Crossed 15,000 lives impacted with 120+ programs, strengthening our commitment to transformative social change.
